Making win-get portable

By default, win-get will look for software catalog files in the following directories:

• APPDATA\win-get
• win-get executable folder

To make win-get portable, take the catalog files from the APPDATA directory and put them in the same directory as win-get.exe on your USB stick. Win-get will read the files from the new location, and also update the correct files when you run win-get update.
